Paul J. Foster, Command Operative, SHADO Operations.
Earth's first, and only, line of defense against a power threat of extraterrestrial origin.
Foster was recruited to SHADO following a UFO incident where the experimental jet he was testing was destroyed, killing the co-pilot. Foster is considered by some to be SHADO's own version the legendary James Bond, always gets his lady while getting the mission accomplished.
